Production begins with sourcing the best teas from around the world and India. The teas are then transported to the group’s production facilities at Umbergaon in Gujarat, Kakanad in Kerala, Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu and Kolkata in West Bengal.

Indian teas are sourced from auction centers at Kolkatta, Guwahati, Siliguri, Coonoor, Coimbatore & Kochi in which the company participates directly. It also buys Teas from Indian Plantation houses with whom the group shares an excellent relations. Teas from Kenya, Srilanka and Indonesia constitute the groups import sources. has forged alliance/partnership with a company in Colombo (Sri Lanka) for packing certain brands of which have a Sri Lanka component of Tea in the blend.
